CVS Deals 7/13/10

I stopped into CVS for a quick visit this morning. You just never know what kinds of deals you’ll find in there, especially with the in-store coupon printer.

Transaction 1:
scissors reg 2.99, $.99
pens reg $1.99, $.99
$1.98, received $1.98 back in ECBs (3 day sale)
The school supplies were free after receiving the ECBs.

Transaction 2:
Disney Cars snowflower grow bucket reg $6.99, $.69
2 Munakuppi grass growing kits reg $2.99, $.29 each
3 packs CVS antacids reg $1.99, $.49 each
2 Hallmark cards $.99 each
1 flower bouquet reg $2.99, $.29
3 candy bars $.89 each, buy 2 get 1 free
-used $1.98 in ECBs from transaction 1
-used $.50 in-store printable coupon for candy bars
-used $1 in-store printable coupon for Hallmark cards

Total for both transaction = $5.07 plus tax
That’s a savings of over 85%!
